Fowlers In Bloom does not currently accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. In the case that there is a defect, a refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued. Please check all items upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve any issues!

Shipping:

Turnaround time for all orders is currently 21-28 business days, although most orders go out sooner, I cannot guarantee that they always will. TAT is subject to change at any time. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your order to arrive via USPS. COVID-19 does not affect Fowlers In Bloom, but may affect USPS and shipping times.

 

Shipping options:

Standard is a flat Rate of $5.50. Expedited means that your order will still have a 21-28 business day TAT, but the shipping method will be Priority (2-3 Business Days), instead of First Class.
